金屬纏繞墊片的種類(lèi)：
（一）基本型金屬纏繞墊、
（二）帶外環(huán)金屬纏繞墊
（三）帶內(nèi)環(huán)金屬纏繞墊
（四）帶內(nèi)外環(huán)金屬纏繞墊
（五）換熱器用（帶筋）
（六）異形金屬纏繞墊
金屬纏繞墊片（基本型）采用優(yōu)質(zhì)SUS304、SUS316（“V”形或“W”形) 金屬帶及其它合金材料與石墨、石棉、聚四氟乙烯、無(wú)石棉等軟性材料相互重疊螺旋纏繞而成，在開(kāi)始及末端用點(diǎn)焊方式將金屬帶固定。
1.金屬帶材料
A. 采用厚度為0.15mm~0.25mm的08F，0Cr13, 0Cr18Ni19Ti, 0Cr18Ni9Ti, 00Cr18Ni10, 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 00Cr17Ni14Mo2,201,304,316等冷軋鋼帶，或由供需雙方協(xié)商 確定。
B. 金屬帶為預(yù)成型的V型或W型窄帶，表面應(yīng)光滑.潔凈，不應(yīng)有粗糙不平.裂紋.劃傷.凹坑及銹斑等缺陷
C.不銹鋼的硬度值 HV≤200
D.一般的鋼帶的寬度是3.2mm,4.5mm,8mm,W型的鋼帶可以更厚。
E.不銹鋼帶形狀：“V”“W”“SUS”“U”。
不銹鋼帶材質(zhì)：A3,304,304L,316,316L,蒙乃爾，鈦材Ta。
2. 非金屬帶材料
A 非金屬填充為特制的石棉帶，柔性石墨帶，聚四氟乙烯帶，非石棉纖維帶，
陶瓷纖維及云母帶等。帶的厚度為 0.3-1.0mm。
B. 特制石棉燒失量必須≤25%
C. 非金屬帶的氯離子含量≤100PPM
D.各類(lèi)介質(zhì)及各種非金屬帶的推薦使用溫度及壓力
E.一般的鋼帶的寬度是3.2mm,4.5mm,8mm
F.適應(yīng)溫度：-196℃—+870℃（柔性石墨）
≤+250℃（聚四氟乙烯）
≤+500℃（特殊石棉）
3.內(nèi)外環(huán)材料
常用的有304SS,316LSS,321SS,347SS,碳鋼,鈦,銅.
