因此這些風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí),只有靠調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)門或風(fēng)道擋板的開度來滿足生產(chǎn)工藝對(duì)風(fēng)量的要求。風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)械特性為平方轉(zhuǎn)矩特性,風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí),靠調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)門或者風(fēng)道檔板的開度來調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)機(jī)風(fēng)量的方法,稱為節(jié)流調(diào)節(jié)。在節(jié)流調(diào)節(jié)過程中,風(fēng)機(jī)固有特性不變,僅僅靠關(guān)小風(fēng)門或擋板的開度,人為地增加管路的阻力,由此增大管路系統(tǒng)的損失,不利于風(fēng)機(jī)的節(jié)能運(yùn)行。采用調(diào)速控制裝置,通過改變風(fēng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速,從而改變風(fēng)機(jī)風(fēng)量以適應(yīng)生產(chǎn)工藝的需要,這種調(diào)節(jié)方式稱為風(fēng)機(jī)的調(diào)速控制。
