歐姆龍(OMRON)編碼器是由歐姆龍集團(tuán)研發(fā)的一款知名編碼器。 歐姆龍(OMRON)編碼器是將信號(hào)(如比特流)或數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行編制、轉(zhuǎn)換為可用以通訊、傳輸和存儲(chǔ)的信號(hào)形式的設(shè)備。 編碼器把角位移或直線位移轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào),前者成為碼盤,后者稱碼尺.按照讀出方式編碼器可以分為接觸式和非接觸式兩種.接觸式采用電刷輸出,一電刷接觸導(dǎo)電區(qū)或絕緣區(qū)來表示代碼的狀態(tài)是"1”還是“0”;非接觸式的接受敏感元件是光敏元件或磁敏元件,采用光敏元件時(shí)以透光區(qū)和不透光區(qū)來表示代碼的狀態(tài)是"1”還是"0”,通過"1”和“0”的二進(jìn)制編碼來將采集來的物理信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換為機(jī)器碼可讀取的電信號(hào)用以通訊、傳輸和儲(chǔ)存。 歐姆龍(OMRON)編碼器是用來測(cè)量轉(zhuǎn)速的裝置,光電式旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器通過光電轉(zhuǎn)換,可將輸出軸的角位移、角速度等機(jī)械量轉(zhuǎn)換成相應(yīng)的電脈沖以數(shù)字量輸出(REP)。它分為單路輸出和雙路輸出兩種。技術(shù)參數(shù)主要有每轉(zhuǎn)脈沖數(shù)(幾十個(gè)到幾千個(gè)都有),和供電電壓等。單路輸出是指旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器的輸出是一組脈沖,而雙路輸出的旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器輸出兩組A/B相位差90度的脈沖,通過這兩組脈沖不僅可以測(cè)量轉(zhuǎn)速,還可以判斷旋轉(zhuǎn)的方向。

歐姆龍(OMRON)編碼器工作原理
由一個(gè)中心有軸的光電碼盤,其上有環(huán)形通、暗的刻線,有光電發(fā)射和接收器件讀取,獲得四組正弦波信號(hào)組合成A、B、C、D,每個(gè)正弦波相差90度相位差(相對(duì)于一個(gè)周波為360度),將C、D信號(hào)反向,疊加在A、B兩相上,可增強(qiáng)穩(wěn)定信號(hào);另每轉(zhuǎn)輸出一個(gè)Z相脈沖以代表零位參考位。 由于A、B兩相相差90度,可通過比較A相在前還是B相在前,以判別編碼器的正轉(zhuǎn)與反轉(zhuǎn),通過零位脈沖,可獲得編碼器的零位參考位。 編碼器碼盤的材料有玻璃、金屬、塑料,玻璃碼盤是在玻璃上沉積很薄的刻線,其熱穩(wěn)定性好,精度高,金屬碼盤直接以通和不通刻線,不易碎,但由于金屬有一定的厚度,精度就有限制,其熱穩(wěn)定性就要比玻璃的差一個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí),塑料碼盤是經(jīng)濟(jì)型的,其成本低,但精度、熱穩(wěn)定性、壽命均要差一些。 分辨率—編碼器以每旋轉(zhuǎn)360度提供多少的通或暗刻線稱為分辨率,也稱解析分度、或直接稱多少線,一般在每轉(zhuǎn)分度5~10000線。

?。?)信號(hào)輸出有正弦波(電流或電壓),方波(TTL、HTL),集電極開路(PNP、NPN),推拉式多種形式,其中TTL為長(zhǎng)線差分驅(qū)動(dòng)(對(duì)稱A,A-;B,B-;Z,Z-),HTL也稱推拉式、推挽式輸出,編碼器的信號(hào)接收設(shè)備接口應(yīng)與編碼器對(duì)應(yīng)。 信號(hào)連接—編碼器的脈沖信號(hào)一般連接計(jì)數(shù)器、PLC、計(jì)算機(jī),PLC和計(jì)算機(jī)連接的模塊有低速模塊與高速模塊之分,開關(guān)頻率有低有高。 如單相聯(lián)接,用于單方向計(jì)數(shù),單方向測(cè)速。 A.B兩相聯(lián)接,用于正反向計(jì)數(shù)、判斷正反向和測(cè)速。 A、B、Z三相聯(lián)接,用于帶參考位修正的位置測(cè)量。 A、A-,B、B-,Z、Z-連接,由于帶有對(duì)稱負(fù)信號(hào)的連接,電流對(duì)于電纜貢獻(xiàn)的電磁場(chǎng)為0,衰減最小,抗干擾最佳,可傳輸較遠(yuǎn)的距離。 對(duì)于TTL的帶有對(duì)稱負(fù)信號(hào)輸出的編碼器,信號(hào)傳輸距離可達(dá)150米。 旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器由精密器件構(gòu)成,故當(dāng)受到較大的沖擊時(shí),可能會(huì)損壞內(nèi)部功能,使用上應(yīng)充分注意。安裝 安裝時(shí)不要給軸施加直接的沖擊。 編碼器軸與機(jī)器的連接,應(yīng)使用柔性連接器。在軸上裝連接器時(shí),不要硬壓入。即使使用連接器,因安裝不良,也有可能給軸加上比允許負(fù)荷還大的負(fù)荷,或造成撥芯現(xiàn)象,因此,要特別注意。 軸承壽命與使用條件有關(guān),受軸承荷重的影響特別大。如軸承負(fù)荷比規(guī)定荷重小,可大大延長(zhǎng)軸承壽命。 不要將旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器進(jìn)行拆解,這樣做將有損防油和防滴性能。防滴型產(chǎn)品不宜長(zhǎng)期浸在水、油中,表面有水、油時(shí)應(yīng)擦拭干凈。 ?。?)振動(dòng) 加在旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器上的振動(dòng),往往會(huì)成為誤脈沖發(fā)生的原因。因此,應(yīng)對(duì)設(shè)置場(chǎng)所、安裝場(chǎng)所加以注意。每轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)生的脈沖數(shù)越多,旋轉(zhuǎn)槽圓盤的槽孔間隔越窄,越易受到振動(dòng)的影響。在低速旋轉(zhuǎn)或停止時(shí),加在軸或本體上的振動(dòng)使旋轉(zhuǎn)槽圓盤抖動(dòng),可能會(huì)發(fā)生誤脈沖。 ?。?)關(guān)于配線和連接 誤配線,可能會(huì)損壞內(nèi)部回路,故在配線時(shí)應(yīng)充分注意: 1、配線應(yīng)在電源OFF狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行,電源接通時(shí),若輸出線接觸電源,則有時(shí)會(huì)損壞輸出回路。 2、若配線錯(cuò)誤,則有時(shí)會(huì)損壞內(nèi)部回路,所以配線時(shí)應(yīng)充分注意電源的極性等。 3、若和高壓線、動(dòng)力線并行配線,則有時(shí)會(huì)受到感應(yīng)造成誤動(dòng)作成損壞,所以要分離開另行配線。 4、延長(zhǎng)電線時(shí),應(yīng)在10m以下。并且由于電線的分布容量,波形的上升、下降時(shí)間會(huì)較長(zhǎng),有問題時(shí),采用施密特回路等對(duì)波形進(jìn)行整形。 5、為了避免感應(yīng)噪聲等,要盡量用最短距離配線。向集成電路輸入時(shí),特別需要注意。 6、電線延長(zhǎng)時(shí),因?qū)w電阻及線間電容的影響,波形的上升、下降時(shí)間加長(zhǎng),容易產(chǎn)生信號(hào)間的干擾(串音),因此應(yīng)用電阻小、線間電容低的電線(雙絞線、屏蔽線)。 對(duì)于HTL的帶有對(duì)稱負(fù)信號(hào)輸出的編碼器,信號(hào)傳輸距離可達(dá)300米。

歐姆龍(OMRON)編碼器作用
利用電磁感應(yīng)原理將兩個(gè)平面型繞組之間的相對(duì)位移轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào)的測(cè)量元件,用于長(zhǎng)度測(cè)量工具。感應(yīng)同步器(俗稱編碼器、光柵尺)分為直線式和旋轉(zhuǎn)式兩類。前者由定尺和滑尺組成,用于直線位移測(cè)量;后者由定子和轉(zhuǎn)子組成,用于角位移測(cè)量。1957年美國(guó)的R.W.特利普等在美國(guó)取得感應(yīng)同步器的專利,原名是位置測(cè)量變壓器,感應(yīng)同步器是它的商品名稱,初期用于雷達(dá)天線的定位和自動(dòng)跟蹤、導(dǎo)彈的導(dǎo)向等。在機(jī)械制造中,感應(yīng)同步器常用于數(shù)字控制機(jī)床、加工中心等的定位反饋系統(tǒng)中和坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)、鏜床等的測(cè)量數(shù)字顯示系統(tǒng)中。它對(duì)環(huán)境條件要求較低,能在有少量粉塵、油霧的環(huán)境下正常工作?!《ǔ呱系倪B續(xù)繞組的周期為2毫米?;呱嫌袃蓚€(gè)繞組,其周期與定尺上的相同,但相互錯(cuò)開1/4周期(電相位差90°)。感應(yīng)同步器的工作方式有鑒相型和鑒幅型的兩種。前者是把兩個(gè)相位差90°、頻率和幅值相同的交流電壓U1 和U2分別輸入滑尺上的兩個(gè)繞組,按照電磁感應(yīng)原理,定尺上的繞組會(huì)產(chǎn)生感應(yīng)電勢(shì)U。如滑尺相對(duì)定尺移動(dòng),則U的相位相應(yīng)變化,經(jīng)放大后與U1和U2比相、細(xì)分、計(jì)數(shù),即可得出滑尺的位移量。在鑒幅型中,輸入滑尺繞組的是頻率、相位相同而幅值不同的交流電壓,根據(jù)輸入和輸出電壓的幅值變化,也可得出滑尺的位移量。由感應(yīng)同步器和放大、整形、比相、細(xì)分、計(jì)數(shù)、顯示等電子部分組成的系統(tǒng)稱為感應(yīng)同步器測(cè)量系統(tǒng)。它的測(cè)長(zhǎng)精確度可達(dá)3微米/1000毫米,測(cè)角精度可達(dá)1″/360°。
