    產(chǎn)品概述:

    WEW系列微機(jī)屏顯式液壓萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)主要用于金屬材料的拉伸、壓縮、彎曲等力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)。增加相應(yīng)附件后可對混凝土、磚、瓦、橡膠及其制品進(jìn)行檢測。

    本機(jī)由雙立柱雙絲杠油缸下置式主機(jī)及琴式油源控制柜組成,油泵采用意大利馬祖奇進(jìn)口低噪音高性能齒輪泵。拉伸空間位于主機(jī)上方,壓縮、彎曲試驗(yàn)空間位于主機(jī)下方即中橫梁和工作臺之間。試驗(yàn)空間的調(diào)整通過中橫梁移動來實(shí)現(xiàn),中橫梁升降采用鏈條傳動。

    本機(jī)試驗(yàn)過程采用液壓手動加荷、傳感器測力、計算機(jī)屏幕實(shí)時顯示、具有自動存儲打印功能、試樣液壓自動夾緊。試驗(yàn)完成后自動求取材料的最大力、抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度、彈性模量、斷后伸長率、斷面收縮率等試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

    五、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):

    特制超厚鉗口座在鉗口夾持試樣時、使鉗口完全包容在鉗口座體內(nèi),使試樣夾持更加可靠,杜絕了因鉗口座淺而呈喇叭狀變形損壞的可能,大大提高了設(shè)備的使用壽命。

    在鉗口座和鉗口卡板之間增加了耐磨襯板,杜絕金屬拉伸過程中氧化皮掉入致使鉗口座斜面劃傷報廢的現(xiàn)象,使夾持過程更順滑、夾持更牢靠。

    AD800全數(shù)字?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)測控采集卡是基于PCI接口的微機(jī)內(nèi)置式PCI試驗(yàn)卡,符合PCI2.1規(guī)范。該卡可直接插入微機(jī)的任一PCI插入槽中,通過簡單的連線,直接連接到試驗(yàn)機(jī),即可實(shí)現(xiàn)微機(jī)自動測量與控制,真正做到即插即測。AD800萬能試驗(yàn)卡集程控放大A/D轉(zhuǎn)換、數(shù)字量I/O、計數(shù)及脈沖發(fā)生(PWM)、方波發(fā)生(SWP)等功能于一體,其系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)可靠簡潔,并且具有十分良好的互換性。

    l       基于WINDOWS操作平臺,軟件操作簡單、功能強(qiáng)大,人機(jī)對話式結(jié)構(gòu);

    l       分四檔數(shù)碼顯示試驗(yàn)力值,精度為每檔量程20%開始示值的±1%;

    l       分四檔數(shù)碼顯示變形,精度為每檔量程20%開始±0.5%;

    l       同時記錄力-時間,變形-時間、力-變形試驗(yàn)曲線,可隨時切換觀察,任意放大縮小,水平或垂直移動,實(shí)時高速采樣;

    l       采用人機(jī)交互方式分析計算測試材料的機(jī)械性能指標(biāo),試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時系統(tǒng)會自動計算彈性模量、屈服強(qiáng)度、抗拉強(qiáng)度等結(jié)果,在自動分析的基礎(chǔ)上,還可以人工干預(yù)修正分析結(jié)果,提高分析的準(zhǔn)確性;

    l       試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)庫管理方式,自動保存所有試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和曲線;

    l       試驗(yàn)過程中實(shí)時顯示試驗(yàn)曲線,試驗(yàn)完成后試件的測試數(shù)據(jù)、曲線和試件信息都會在這操作窗口中顯示出來;

    l       該套控制軟件現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)集成了100多種國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或試驗(yàn)方法,這么多國標(biāo)可以滿足客戶的多方面試驗(yàn)的需要,試驗(yàn)報告方法可以根據(jù)客戶的需隨時進(jìn)行定制和更新,這樣可以為客戶帶來極大的使用方便;

    l       可對歷史試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)庫查詢,只需輸入一定的條件,可以把試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)立即找到;

    l       力值和變形可以自動標(biāo)定,在我們調(diào)試完成后,如果用戶感覺示值不準(zhǔn)或者測控參數(shù)被改動,只需點(diǎn)擊自動校正按鈕,系統(tǒng)參數(shù)就會恢復(fù)到調(diào)試時的狀態(tài);

    l       只需用鼠標(biāo)操作就可以對兩個采集通道進(jìn)行調(diào)零,系統(tǒng)一般只需一次調(diào)零即可,在正常使用情況下,系統(tǒng)會自動回到真正的零點(diǎn);

    l       可對一批同類試件進(jìn)行匯總分析,對測控數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比并計算平均值,可以對試件進(jìn)行成批匯總打印;

    l       提供多種報表打印格式,用戶可根據(jù)需要編輯任何格式的報表(批量處理、控制編程器、MaxDoc報表處理器、MaxXls報表處理器等);
