如果柵極上的噪聲電壓超過VGT,并有足夠的柵電流激發(fā)可控硅(晶閘管)內(nèi)部的正反饋,則也會(huì)被觸發(fā)導(dǎo)通。應(yīng)用安裝時(shí),首先要使柵極外的連線盡可能短。當(dāng)連線不能很短時(shí),可用絞線或屏蔽線來減小干擾的侵入。在然后G與MT1之間加一個(gè)1KΩ的電阻來降低其靈敏度,也可以再并聯(lián)一個(gè)100nf的電容,來濾掉高頻噪聲。關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)換電壓變化率當(dāng)驅(qū)動(dòng)一個(gè)大的電感性負(fù)載時(shí),在負(fù)載電壓和電流間有一個(gè)很大的相移。當(dāng)負(fù)載電流過零時(shí),雙向可控硅(晶閘管)開始換向,但由于相移的關(guān)系,電壓將不會(huì)是零。所以要求可控硅(晶閘管)要迅速關(guān)斷這個(gè)電壓。如果這時(shí)換向電壓的變化超過允許值時(shí),就沒有足夠的時(shí)間使結(jié)間的電荷釋放掉,而被迫使雙向可控硅(晶閘管)回到導(dǎo)通狀態(tài)。

可以將傳感器固定在河底,用引壓管消除大氣壓力,從而直接測(cè)得水位。壓力式水位計(jì)有兩類。一類為氣泡型,在引壓管中不斷輸氣,用自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)的壓力天平將水壓力轉(zhuǎn)換成機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)角量,從而帶動(dòng)記錄機(jī)構(gòu)。另一類為電測(cè)型,它應(yīng)用固態(tài)壓阻器件作傳感器,可直接將水壓力轉(zhuǎn)變成電壓模量或頻率量輸出,用導(dǎo)線傳輸至岸上進(jìn)行處理和記錄(圖2)。聲波式水位計(jì)是反射式水位計(jì)的一種,應(yīng)用聲波遇不同介面反射的原理來測(cè)定水位。分為氣介式和水介式兩類。氣介式以空氣為聲波的傳播介質(zhì),換能器置于水面上方,由水面反射聲波,根據(jù)回波時(shí)間可計(jì)算并顯示出水位。儀器不接觸水體,完全擺脫水中泥沙,流速?zèng)_擊和水草等不利因素的影響。水介式是將換能器安裝在河底,向水面發(fā)射聲波。
