2.2 FISHER ROSEMOUNT CL6752A2系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建與調(diào)試
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的所有信號(hào)通過(guò)DeviceNet網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)時(shí)傳輸?shù)娇刂破鳎刂破骺刂菩盘?hào)也是通過(guò)DeviceNet網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸?shù)浆F(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備中,因此DeviceNet網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建是整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ),其構(gòu)建步驟如下:
。1)FISHER ROSEMOUNT CL6752A2進(jìn)行總體規(guī)劃,合理布線;
(2)將DeviceNet網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)備連接到網(wǎng)絡(luò)上;
。3)安裝通信軟件RSLinx和網(wǎng)絡(luò)組態(tài)工具軟件RSNetworx for DeviceNet或DeviceNet Manager;
。4)給將要添加到DeviceNet網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的每個(gè)設(shè)備分配節(jié)點(diǎn)地址并設(shè)置正確的通信波特率,因?yàn)镈eviceNet網(wǎng)絡(luò)上每個(gè)網(wǎng)段所有節(jié)點(diǎn)的通信波特率必須一致,且不允許有節(jié)點(diǎn)地址重復(fù)的設(shè)備;
。5)FISHER ROSEMOUNT CL6752A2將編程終端(計(jì)算機(jī)或?qū)S镁幊淘O(shè)備)連接到網(wǎng)絡(luò)上(通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)通信板卡或外置通信模塊)并建立通信,即在RSLinx下配置DeviceNet驅(qū)動(dòng)程序:DeviceNet Driver(1784-PCD/PCIDS、1770-KFD、SDNPT driver)(該操作只能在在線模式下進(jìn)行);
