雙電源自動(dòng)切換開(kāi)關(guān)適用于交流50/60Hz、690V及以下，額定電流自6A至1250A及以下的兩路電源(常用電源N和備用電源或發(fā)電機(jī)電源R)的供電系統(tǒng)中，因一路電源發(fā)生故障(停電、欠壓、過(guò)壓、斷相、頻率偏移)而進(jìn)行電源之間的自動(dòng)切換，以保證供電的可靠性和安全性，實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)人值守連續(xù)供電。
雙電源自動(dòng)切換開(kāi)關(guān)安全操作規(guī)程步驟如下：
1、當(dāng)因故停電，且在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)無(wú)法恢復(fù)供電時(shí)，必須啟用備用電源。步驟：
①切除市電供電各斷路器(包括配電室控制柜各斷路器，雙電源切換箱市供電斷電器)，拉開(kāi)雙投防倒送開(kāi)關(guān)至自備電源一側(cè)，保持雙電源切換箱內(nèi)自備電供電斷路器處于斷開(kāi)狀態(tài)。
②啟動(dòng)備用電源(柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組)，待機(jī)組運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常時(shí)，順序閉合發(fā)電機(jī)空氣開(kāi)關(guān)、自備電源控制柜內(nèi)各斷路器。
③逐個(gè)閉合電源切換箱內(nèi)各備用電源斷路器，向各負(fù)載送電。
④備用電源運(yùn)行期間，操作值班人員不得離開(kāi)發(fā)電機(jī)組，并根據(jù)負(fù)荷的變化及時(shí)調(diào)整電壓、廠頻率等，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時(shí)處理。
2、市電恢復(fù)供電時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)做好電源轉(zhuǎn)換工作，切斷備用電源，恢復(fù)市電供電。
步驟：
①按順序逐個(gè)斷開(kāi)自備電源各斷路器，順序是：雙電源切換箱自備電源斷路器→自備電源配電柜各斷路器→發(fā)電機(jī)總開(kāi)關(guān)→將雙投開(kāi)關(guān)撥至市電供電一側(cè)。
②按柴油機(jī)停機(jī)步驟停機(jī)。
③按順序，從市電供電總開(kāi)關(guān)至各分路開(kāi)關(guān)逐個(gè)閉合各斷路器，將雙電源切換箱自市電供電斷路器置于閉合位置。
3、檢查各儀表及指示燈指示是否正常，啟動(dòng)變壓器內(nèi)冷卻風(fēng)扇
