當混流泵葉輪在水中旋轉(zhuǎn)時，葉片對誰既產(chǎn)生離心力作用，又具有升力作用，葉輪轉(zhuǎn)動時靠這兩種里的混合作用，所以稱為混流泵。當原動機帶動葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)后，對液體的作用既有離心力又有軸向推力，是離心泵和軸流泵的綜合，液體斜向流出葉輪。因此它是介于離心泵和軸流泵之間的一種泵。混流泵的比轉(zhuǎn)速高于離心泵，低于軸流泵，一般在300-500之間。它的揚程比軸流泵高。
一.概述
1.用途：HW混流泵為臥式，單級，單吸，渦殼式混流泵。適用于輸送清水或物理，化學性質(zhì)類似于水的其它液體。被輸送液體溫度不宜高于50度。廣泛用于農(nóng)田灌溉，工業(yè)和城市排水等多種場合。HW泵的性能范圍：流量90-9000m3/h 揚程3.5-22m。
