該泵采用雙主泵體，雙主葉輪的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，解決了單泵單葉輪泵在入料初期時(shí)振動(dòng)和噪音過(guò)大、性能曲線平坦、葉輪流道窄、通過(guò)性能差等缺點(diǎn)非常適合壓濾機(jī)入料時(shí)應(yīng)阻力的變化來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)大流量低壓力喂料與小流量、高壓力過(guò)濾的要求。
3.雙葉輪泵比單葉輪泵抗耐磨性更好
因雙葉輪泵以較低的葉輪出口線速度獲得更高的泵出口壓力從而克服了單葉輪泵為增加壓力而增加葉輪線速度，而導(dǎo)致葉輪、泵殼磨損加劇的缺點(diǎn)，有效的提高水泵等過(guò)流部件的壽命。

5.葉輪與泵壁的間隙可調(diào)
