一般說來,影響鋼的熱疲勞抗力的因素主要有:鋼的導熱性。鋼的導熱性高,可使模具表層金屬受熱程度降低,從而減小鋼的熱疲勞傾向性。一般認為鋼的導熱性與合碳量有關,含碳量高時導熱性低,所以熱作模具鋼不宜采用高碳鋼。在生產(chǎn)中通常采用中碳鋼(C.3%5~.6%)合碳量過低.會導致鋼的硬度和強度下降.也是不利的。鋼的臨界點影響。通常鋼的臨界點(Acl)越高.鋼的熱疲勞傾向性越低。因此.一般通過加入合金元素Cr、W、S引來提高鋼的臨界點。

其首要的技術措施是解決熱風爐的設計缺陷問題,尤其是近幾年引進的頂燃式熱風爐,具有提高風溫的潛力,但存在錐形拱頂多向應力集中的設計缺陷,使熱風爐出現(xiàn)熱風出口局部高溫、發(fā)紅、嚴重的大面積垮塌。這是導致風溫降低的重要因素,必須得到的結構優(yōu)化,分散集中的應力,使受力結構合理、穩(wěn)定,才能保障長期穩(wěn)定的高風溫。同時,耐火材料的品位和質(zhì)量選擇、筑爐質(zhì)量、烘爐、涼爐、安全操作等也是影響風溫穩(wěn)定的因素。其他措施包括:縮小熱風爐拱頂在燒爐和送風時的溫差在1℃左右或以內(nèi),熱風爐送風時間要控制在4min~6min;熱風爐蓄熱磚要用高蓄熱面積、通孔通風率較好的格子磚(格子磚換熱面積應在48m2/m3~55m2/m3,孔徑25mm~3mm為,換熱面積大,且不容易出現(xiàn)因孔徑太小而堵塞和阻力增大的問題),并涂上能吸熱、高輻射的材料;提高熱風爐廢氣溫度(達到4℃~45℃),單燒高爐煤氣的熱風爐采用煤氣和空氣雙預熱技術;解決好目前普遍出現(xiàn)的三岔口高溫、漏風、垮塌難題,使高爐和送風系統(tǒng)能夠使用和接受高風溫等。

但與鋼或其他金屬材料接觸時會產(chǎn)生電化腐蝕,在潮濕的環(huán)境中與混凝土、水泥砂漿、石灰等堿性材料接觸時會產(chǎn)生腐蝕,與木材、土壤等接觸時也會產(chǎn)生腐蝕。因此,需進行適當?shù)姆栏幚?。生產(chǎn)方法鋁合金按其生產(chǎn)方式不同,分為鑄造鋁合金和變形鋁合金兩大類。建筑上一般采用變形鋁合金,用以軋成板、箔、帶材,擠壓成棒、管或各種復雜形狀的型材。變形鋁合金按其性能、用途不同,分為防銹鋁合金、硬鋁、超硬鋁和特殊鋁等。建筑中一般采用工業(yè)純鋁(L1~L1)、防銹鋁合金(LFLF21等)及鍛鋁(LD2)等。
