一般是先投大料,如玉米粉、豆粕粉等,然后再投小組分料,如預(yù)混料。注意預(yù)混料一定不用螺旋提升機(jī)投料,應(yīng)用一次性翻斗式投料,或用人工投料,這樣可以避免預(yù)混料中有效成分的離析流失。使用磁力反應(yīng)釜混合機(jī),應(yīng)在混合機(jī)啟動(dòng)后再逐批投料?;旌辖Y(jié)束放料時(shí)也不要停機(jī),出凈料后再混合一批。如果滿載后再啟動(dòng),會(huì)引起動(dòng)力距太大而燒毀電機(jī)。根據(jù)磁力反應(yīng)釜每天生產(chǎn)量挑選臥混機(jī)。因磁力反應(yīng)釜混合機(jī)每批物料加工時(shí)間約6分鐘,加上出料及進(jìn)料的時(shí)間,每批物料加工時(shí)間可按1分鐘計(jì),則1小時(shí)可以加工6批料。
