    濾芯的評(píng)定:
    評(píng)定過(guò)濾器的最重要的準(zhǔn)則是β值。此值是按照國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO/DIS 4572用所謂多次通過(guò)試驗(yàn)來(lái)測(cè)得的。
    定義: β值是指上游液體中大于給定尺寸x的顆粒數(shù)與下游液體中大于相同的給定尺寸x的顆粒數(shù)的比值。

    根據(jù)β值的定義可以很容易地推導(dǎo)出一個(gè)公式,用此公式可以求得某種濾材分離大于一定尺寸的顆粒的效率: β值/過(guò)濾效率比值

    過(guò)濾器最佳規(guī)格的確定
    在進(jìn)行計(jì)算之前,首先要了解下述參數(shù):
    一、 要求濾器達(dá)到的最大流量Q已知(升/分鐘)
    二、 工作介質(zhì)的運(yùn)動(dòng)粘度υ已知(mm2/S或cSt)
    三、 工作介質(zhì)的密度ρ
    四、 過(guò)濾精度μm
    五、 濾材
    最終目的是要選擇一個(gè)合適的濾器,其自身的總壓差ΔΡ總在潔凈狀態(tài)下對(duì)于高壓過(guò)濾器不應(yīng)大于ΔΡ最大=***,對(duì)于回油過(guò)濾器不應(yīng)大于ΔΡ最大=***。這個(gè)極限值可以保證濾器在實(shí)際使用中達(dá)到流量及壽命的最佳化。
    與濾器規(guī)格相關(guān)的額定流量很重要。在選擇濾器時(shí),它應(yīng)比實(shí)際上已知的流量大一些:
    Q額定>Q已知
    現(xiàn)在就可以檢查一下,預(yù)選的濾器是否能滿足實(shí)際要求:ΔΡ總≤***(高壓過(guò)濾器)以及
    ΔΡ總≤***(回油過(guò)濾器);理論上的總壓差ΔΡ總為空濾殼的壓差和濾芯的壓差之和。此時(shí)要注意工作介質(zhì)的運(yùn)動(dòng)粘度和密度,因?yàn)楹竺嫠械牧髁壳€是依據(jù)運(yùn)動(dòng)粘度ν=30cSt以及密度ρ=***3測(cè)得的。下面是近似計(jì)算總壓差的公式,只需將運(yùn)動(dòng)粘度cSt以及密度kg/dm3的數(shù)值填進(jìn)去即可:

    下面用兩個(gè)計(jì)算示例來(lái)具體說(shuō)明。
    示例一:回油過(guò)濾器的選擇
    在一臺(tái)液壓設(shè)備里,回流的油要用一個(gè)濾紙做濾芯的回油過(guò)濾器過(guò)濾。
    注意:若在液壓設(shè)備里有差動(dòng)油缸或蓄能器工作,其最大回流量會(huì)超過(guò)泵送量的好幾倍。我們要以這種回流量作為計(jì)算的立足點(diǎn)。
    已知:Q已知=90升/分鐘 ν已知=32cSt ρ=***; 過(guò)濾精度20μm
    預(yù)選:規(guī)格RF030,Q額定=110升/分鐘>Q已知
    根據(jù)流量曲線圖求得在額定粘度為30cSt時(shí)的壓力損失:
