    濾芯的評定:
    評定過濾器的最重要的準則是β值。此值是按照國際標準ISO/DIS 4572用所謂多次通過試驗來測得的。
    定義: β值是指上游液體中大于給定尺寸x的顆粒數(shù)與下游液體中大于相同的給定尺寸x的顆粒數(shù)的比值。
    Nv Nv=過濾前的尺寸大于x的顆粒數(shù)
    βx= Nh=過濾后的尺寸大于x的顆粒數(shù)
    Nh X=顆粒尺寸
    根據(jù)β值的定義可以很容易地推導出一個公式,用此公式可以求得某種濾材分離大于一定尺寸的顆粒的效率: β值/過濾效率比值

    過濾器最佳規(guī)格的確定
    在進行計算之前,首先要了解下述參數(shù):
    一、 要求濾器達到的最大流量Q已知(升/分鐘)
    二、 工作介質(zhì)的運動粘度υ已知(mm2/S或cSt)
    三、 工作介質(zhì)的密度ρ
    四、 過濾精度μm
    五、 濾材
    最終目的是要選擇一個合適的濾器,其自身的總壓差ΔΡ總在潔凈狀態(tài)下對于高壓過濾器不應(yīng)大于ΔΡ最大=***,對于回油過濾器不應(yīng)大于ΔΡ最大=***。這個極限值可以保證濾器在實際使用中達到流量及壽命的最佳化。
    與濾器規(guī)格相關(guān)的額定流量很重要。在選擇濾器時,它應(yīng)比實際上已知的流量大一些:
    Q額定>Q已知
    現(xiàn)在就可以檢查一下,預選的濾器是否能滿足實際要求:ΔΡ總≤***(高壓過濾器)以及
    ΔΡ總≤***(回油過濾器);理論上的總壓差ΔΡ總為空濾殼的壓差和濾芯的壓差之和。此時要注意工作介質(zhì)的運動粘度和密度,因為后面所列的流量曲線是依據(jù)運動粘度ν=30cSt以及密度ρ=***3測得的。下面是近似計算總壓差的公式,只需將運動粘度cSt以及密度kg/dm3的數(shù)值填進去即可:

    如果ΔΡ總<ΔΡ最大的條件得到滿足,則表示已選擇到合適的濾器規(guī)格。但是,若ΔΡ總>
    ΔΡ最大,則要用下一個較大規(guī)格的濾器來重新進行計算,直至上述條件得到滿足。
    下面用兩個計算示例來具體說明。
    示例一:回油過濾器的選擇
    在一臺液壓設(shè)備里,回流的油要用一個濾紙做濾芯的回油過濾器過濾。
    注意:若在液壓設(shè)備里有差動油缸或蓄能器工作,其最大回流量會超過泵送量的好幾倍。我們要以這種回流量作為計算的立足點。
    已知:Q已知=90升/分鐘 ν已知=32cSt ρ=***; 過濾精度20μm
    預選:規(guī)格RF030,Q額定=110升/分鐘>Q已知
    根據(jù)流量曲線圖求得在額定粘度為30cSt時的壓力損失:
    ΔΡ濾殼=*** ΔΡ濾芯=***
    求得實際上的壓力損失為: *** *** 32
    ΔΡ總= ?***+ ? ?***

    ΔΡ總=***<ΔΡ最大=***
    此濾器在潔凈狀態(tài)下滿足了ΔΡ總≤ΔΡ最大=***的條件,故已選擇到合適的規(guī)格,沒有必要進一步計算。
