整機(jī)特性
1、高質(zhì)量、高效率的焊接能力，功率因數(shù)達(dá)98%，三相輸入負(fù)載平衡，對(duì)用戶(hù)電網(wǎng)的沖擊大大減少，輸出電流為直流，電流平滑，感抗為零，1000HZ的工作頻率，時(shí)間控制精度為1MS；
2、高強(qiáng)度的機(jī)體結(jié)構(gòu)，剛性好，垂直式加壓機(jī)構(gòu)，導(dǎo)向采用直線(xiàn)導(dǎo)軌，隨動(dòng)性高；
3、采用高速微處理器，運(yùn)用智能最優(yōu)算化法，液晶屏界面，可存儲(chǔ)60套焊接規(guī)范，具有中英文切換顯示，提供外部BCD碼調(diào)用接口，系統(tǒng)故障自動(dòng)診斷報(bào)警等功能；
4、特別適合焊接導(dǎo)電性較高的鋁、銅材料，比較厚的工件。廣泛適用于航空、航天、汽車(chē)、壓縮機(jī)及其他領(lǐng)域的高端產(chǎn)品的焊接要求。
