在光伏電站的建設(shè)施工過程中，接地工程多為隱蔽工程和邊角工程，經(jīng)常被施工和監(jiān)理人員所忽視。而有些接地系統(tǒng)一旦發(fā)生故障，在廣闊的廠區(qū)檢測故障點并修復(fù)往往要耗費大量人力和時間。因此，在建設(shè)過程中，各參建方應(yīng)仔細審查、理解設(shè)計圖紙，各專業(yè)協(xié)同合作，對于設(shè)計圖紙中銜接不清或施工中存在的不確定應(yīng)及時反映溝通，勿要放任敷衍，導(dǎo)致返工乃至威脅設(shè)備和人身安全。

工作接地方式主要有以下三種類型：（1）中性點非直接接地方式（I-T）。用電設(shè)備中性點不接入大地，（2）單個保護接地方式（T-T）。電源變壓器的中性點直接接地，用電設(shè)備外殼可導(dǎo)電部分直接接入大地（3）中性點直接接地方式（T-N）。在這種方式中，電力系統(tǒng)變壓器中性點直接接地，用電設(shè)備外殼可導(dǎo)電部分通過接地引下線和接地系統(tǒng)作良好的金屬性連接，。
