使用說明 Operation Introduction
銀基釬料是一種以銀或銀基固熔體的釬料。具有優(yōu)良的工藝性能，不高的熔點(diǎn)，良好的濕潤性和填滿間隙的能力，并且強(qiáng)度高，塑性好，導(dǎo)電性和耐蝕性優(yōu)良，可以用來釬焊所有黑色和有色金屬，如不銹鋼，硬質(zhì)合金、金鋼石等各種材料。廣泛應(yīng)用于制冷、燈飾、五金電器、儀器儀表、化工、航空航天等工業(yè)制造領(lǐng)域。
為了降低熔點(diǎn)及減少銀含量，加入銅、鋅、鎘、鎳、錫等構(gòu)成三元或多元合金釬料。銀釬料適用于各種釬焊方法，但除在真空或保護(hù)氣氛中釬焊以外，一般要配合銀釬劑共同使用，方可獲得優(yōu)良的釬縫。
銀基釬料按其成分構(gòu)成可分為無鎘釬料和含鎘釬料。含鎘釬料具有一定的毒性，不適宜用于食物，飲用水直接接觸接頭的釬焊。釬焊工作點(diǎn)需通風(fēng)。

The silver-base filler bls are a kind of brazing filler bls of silver-base solid solution,with excellent usability,low melting point,good wettability,great strength,good plasticity,contact and corrosion-resisting.They can be used to brazed all ferrous and nonferrous bls ,such as stainless steel,hard alloy etc.At present,they are applied on the fields such as refrigerator,air conditioner,lamps and lantems,instruments and meters,electrical equipments chemical industry and aerospace industry etc. In order to decrease melting point and the content of silver,adding copper,zinc,admium,tin,nickel etc elements to them consists of three elements or many elements alloy filler bls.These products can adopt all kinds of brazing bs.Generally speaking,you should make up the brazing flux in order to get good braze but for the vacuum state operation and the shield gas state operation. The silver base filler bls include“withcadmium”and“without cadmium”.The silver base filler bls with cadmium have a little toxicity.These products can`t be applied on the brazed joints which are directly connected with food,drinding water.The working place must wind. Before brazing,you must b away all dirt on the brazing place and on the surface of b to be brazed such as greasy dirt.oxide,and so on,the best brazed joints space are between 0.03mm to 0.075mm. |
釬焊前必須嚴(yán)格清除釬焊處及釬料表面的油脂，氧化物等，釬焊接頭的最佳間隙為0.03~0.075mm。

1、焊絲系列：￠0.5～￠3.0mm盤絲。
2、焊條系列：￠0.8～￠3.0mm直條，1.3×3.15扁焊條。
3、帶材系列：厚度為0.1～0.25mm帶材或扁絲材，厚度0.1～0.3mm微晶態(tài)帶材。
