1、防腐蝕性能的應用
由于橡膠、玻璃、金屬合金等材料在耐腐蝕方面存在缺陷,難以滿足條件苛刻的溫度、壓力和化學介質共存的環(huán)境,由此造成的損失相當驚人。而PTFE材料以其卓越的耐腐蝕性能,業(yè)已成為石油、化工、紡織等行業(yè)的主要耐腐蝕材料。其具體應用包括:輸送腐蝕性氣體的輸送管、排氣管、蒸汽管,軋鋼機高壓油管,飛機液壓系統(tǒng)和冷壓系統(tǒng)的高中低壓管道,精餾塔、熱交換器,釜、塔、槽的襯里,閥門等化工設備。

2、低摩擦性能在載荷方面的應用

3、在電子電氣方面的應用

5、防粘性能的應用
PTFE材料具有固體材料中最小的表面張力,不粘附任何物質,同時還具有耐高低溫優(yōu)良的特性,從而使其在諸如制造不粘鍋的防粘方面的應用非常廣泛。其防粘工藝主要包括兩種:把PTFE部件或薄片安裝在基體上,以及把PTFE涂層或與玻璃復合的漆布經過熱收縮而套在基材上。
