Coreshield 7 (70T-7)
Coreshield 7 flux cored wire is a self-shielded wire designed for single or multiple pass welding of mild steel when impact toughness is not a requirement. Ideally suited for structural steel applications.
Coreshield 8 (71T-8)
Coreshield 8 is a self-shielded flux cored wire designed to weld critical structural applications while maintaining excellent arc characteristics and high welder appeal. Coreshield 8 is tested and certified to meet the new AWS D designation requirements, making this self-shielded wire an excellent choice for demand critical welds when the AWS D1.8 Seismic Supplement is utilized.
Coreshield 8-Ni1 (71T8-Ni1)
Coreshield 8-Ni1 is a self-shielded flux cored wire designed to produce welds with low diffusible hydrogen and robust mechanical properties. It is welder friendly and has excellent all-b welding operability.

Coreshield 10 is a self-shielded flux cored welding wire designed for high speed single pass welding of thin gauge carbon, aluminized and galvanized steels.

HS331鋁鎂合金焊絲
相當(dāng) AWS ER5556 ER5183 ER5356 ER5554 JIS A5556
說明: HS311是含少量鈦的的鋁鎂合金焊絲,焊縫金屬具有較好的耐蝕性和抗熱裂性能,強(qiáng)度高。
用途: 是鋁鎂合金氬弧焊及氧-乙炔氣焊的最基本填充材料,在鋁鋅鎂合金的焊接及鋁鎂鑄件的補(bǔ)焊也被采用。
鋁及鋁合金焊材的應(yīng)用:
純鋁焊絲ER1100
性能特點(diǎn):純鋁焊絲,鋁含量≥99.5%,有極好的抗腐蝕性能,很高的導(dǎo)熱與導(dǎo)電性能,以及極好的可加工性能。對(duì)經(jīng)陽極化處理的材料,需要配色時(shí)十分理想,推薦用于焊接1000系列鋁合金。
典型化學(xué)成份:Si≤0.03、Cu≤0.002、Zn≤0.013、Fe≤0.18 .Mn≤0.003,AL余量用途廣泛用于鐵路機(jī)車、電力、化學(xué)、食品等行業(yè)。
鋁硅合金焊絲ER4047
性能特點(diǎn):本品為含硅12%的合金焊絲,適合焊接各種鑄造及擠壓成型鋁合金。低熔點(diǎn)及良好的流動(dòng)性使母材焊接變形很小。
典型化學(xué)成份:Si 12、Mg≤0.10、Fe≤0.80、Cu≤0.03、Zn≤0.20、Mn≤0.15,AL余量
用途:焊接或堆焊輕質(zhì)合金加工業(yè)。
鋁硅合金焊絲ER4043
性能特點(diǎn):本品為含硅5%的合金焊絲,適合焊接鑄鋁合金
典型化學(xué)成份:Si 5、Mg≤0.10、Fe≤0.04、Cu≤0.05 ,AL余量 用途:船舶、機(jī)車、化工、食品、運(yùn)動(dòng)器材 、模具、家具、容器、集裝箱
鋁鎂合金焊絲ER5356
性能特點(diǎn):本品為含鎂5%的合金焊絲,是一種用途廣泛的通用型焊材,適合焊接或表面堆焊5%鎂的鑄鍛鋁合金,強(qiáng)度高,可鍛性好,有良好的抗腐蝕性。本品也能為經(jīng)陽極化處理的焊 接提供良好的配色。
典型化學(xué)成份:Mg 5、Cr 0.10、(Fe+Si)0.3、Cu≤0.05、Zn 0.05、Mn 0.15.Ti 0.1,AL余量
用途:自行車、鋁滑板車等運(yùn)動(dòng)器材,機(jī)車車廂、化工壓力容器、兵工生產(chǎn)、造船、航空等行業(yè)。
鋁鎂合金焊絲ER5183
性能特點(diǎn):本品為含鎂3%的合金焊絲,適用于焊接或表面堆焊同等級(jí)的鋁合金材料。
典型化學(xué)成份:Mg 3.5,Cr 0.2,Fe 0.15,Cu≤0.05,Zn 0.10,Mn 0.05,Ti 0.1,AL余量
用途:化工壓力容器、核工業(yè)、造船、制冷行業(yè)、鍋爐.航空航天工業(yè)等
鋁銅合金焊絲ER2319
性能特點(diǎn):本品為含銅5.8%-6.8%的合金焊絲,適用于焊接2219同等級(jí)的鋁合金材料。
典型化學(xué)成份:Cu5.8-6.8,Mg 0.2-0.4,Si0.2,Fe 0.3,V0.05-0.15,Zr0.1-0.2 , Zn 0.10, Mn0.2-0.4,Ti 0.1-0.2, AL余量
