磁敏傳感器是機電系統(tǒng)和工控領域經(jīng)常用到的傳感器。
磁敏傳感器是利用導體或半導體的磁電轉換原理，將磁場信息變換成相應電信號的元器件。目前應用最廣泛的是半導體磁敏傳感器，包括霍爾元件，磁阻元件，磁敏二極管，磁敏晶體管及磁敏集成電路等。此外，強磁性金屬制作的磁敏元件，韋干特磁敏傳感器及超導金屬制成的約瑟夫遜超導量子干涉器件(SQUID)等，也是近年來開發(fā)的極重要的磁敏傳感器。
