DOSH認(rèn)證簡介DOSH是馬來西亞職業(yè)安全與健康部(Department of Occupational Safety and Health)的簡稱，制造或出口到馬來西亞使用的個人防護(hù)裝備（Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)）、聽力測試、電梯/自動扶梯/升降機(jī)、噴砂、起重機(jī)/卷揚(yáng)機(jī)、石油管道設(shè)計、非燃燒使用壓力容器、蒸汽鍋爐以及其他所有承壓設(shè)備均要由授權(quán)的第三方檢驗機(jī)構(gòu)作為職業(yè)安全和健康部（DOSH）的“檢驗機(jī)構(gòu)”來對設(shè)計、制造、檢驗過程進(jìn)行認(rèn)證。國內(nèi)的廠家可以依據(jù)ASME規(guī)范或BSI規(guī)范等發(fā)達(dá)國家的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(必須由海外授權(quán)檢驗機(jī)構(gòu)簽字認(rèn)可)。目前比較通用的方法是把設(shè)計的圖紙計算等轉(zhuǎn)換成ASME標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文件，可以簡化相關(guān)申請認(rèn)證工作量。

1. 個人防護(hù)裝備
根據(jù)1994年職業(yè)安全健康規(guī)范，一下七類個人防護(hù)裝備必須要有DOSH認(rèn)證：

3）Eye Protection (JKKP HIE/12/2/3)
4）Hand Protection (JKKP HIE/12/2/4)

b. Original catalogue/brochure and manual on use pf PPE
c. Full type test report from SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd
d. Product Certification License from SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd
e. Appointment letter as authorized distributor/supplier from origin manufacturer
f. Product sample each model and type
