PP材料：
聚丙烯采用齊格勒-納塔催化劑使丙烯催化聚合而得，它是分子鏈節(jié)排列得很規(guī)整的結(jié)晶形等規(guī)聚合物。聚丙烯英文名為Polypropylene，簡(jiǎn)稱PP（以下或簡(jiǎn)稱PP），俗稱百折膠。聚丙烯按其結(jié)晶度可以分為等規(guī)聚丙烯和無(wú)規(guī)，等規(guī)聚丙烯為高度結(jié)晶的熱塑性樹脂，結(jié)晶度高達(dá)95%以上，分子量在8~15萬(wàn)之間，以下介紹的聚丙烯主要為等規(guī)聚丙烯。而無(wú)規(guī)聚丙烯在室溫下是一種非結(jié)晶的、微帶粘性的白色蠟狀物，分子量低（3000~10000），結(jié)構(gòu)不規(guī)整缺乏內(nèi)聚力，應(yīng)用較少。
PP成型特性：
1.結(jié)晶料，吸濕性小，易發(fā)生融體破裂，長(zhǎng)期與熱金屬接觸易分解。
2.流動(dòng)性好，但收縮范圍及收縮值大，易發(fā)生縮孔，凹痕，變形。
3.冷卻速度快，澆注系統(tǒng)及冷卻系統(tǒng)應(yīng)緩慢散熱，并注意控制成型溫度，模具溫度低于50度時(shí)，塑件不光滑，易產(chǎn)生熔接不良，流痕，90度以上易發(fā)生翹曲變形。
4.塑料壁厚須均勻，避免缺膠，尖角，以防應(yīng)力集中。
一、交易方式：
新料最少起訂量：一包25KG、隨貨附上我司開具：“送貨單”兩聯(lián)，“收據(jù)”一聯(lián)，聯(lián)系人電話
二、付款方式：
接受現(xiàn)金交易，接受快遞代收，接受銀行轉(zhuǎn)賬。
三、貨運(yùn)方式：
1、快遞：我司默認(rèn)“速爾快遞、順豐快遞”，可快遞代收貨款，如果客戶有快遞公司的話，請(qǐng)?jiān)诮灰浊昂臀覀儏f(xié)商一下。
2、物流：我司默認(rèn)“德邦物流、力進(jìn)物流”，款到當(dāng)天發(fā)貨（以發(fā)貨物流單時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），接受物流代收貨款,如果客戶有自己放心的直線物流公司也可以和我們溝通。
3、我司義務(wù)：所有（易破）物流貨物我司均免費(fèi)添加一個(gè)外包裝袋，以確保我們的貨物在運(yùn)輸途中的安全。（減少破包，維護(hù)客戶的利益。）
4、客戶權(quán)利：客戶接收貨物時(shí)，有權(quán)對(duì)貨物的型號(hào)，質(zhì)量，數(shù)量，包裝情況（爛包，破包）等進(jìn)行確認(rèn)。確認(rèn)時(shí)請(qǐng)不要拆開原包裝?？梢钥赐庥^或提取少量顆粒確認(rèn)。
