二、技術(shù)資料Technical inbation：
鑄件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Castin standard JB/T7974-1999；
時(shí)效處理Aging treatment GB/T9439-2010；
T型槽執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)T-slot standard JB/T158-1996；
未注線性公差標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Undeclared leaner tolerance standard GB/T1804-2000；
鑄件鑒定Casting identification GB4986-85；
三、技術(shù)要求及有關(guān)說(shuō)明Technical requirements and attentions：
T型槽尺寸DIN28，間距為250mm均勻分布；
T-slot standard according to DIN28,distance between T-slots is 250 mm;
鑄鐵平板精度等級(jí)為三級(jí)（整體外觀質(zhì)量），材料為：HT250，時(shí)效處理HT250執(zhí)行GB/T9439-2010標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
Casting iron plate accuracy is Grade 3,material is HT250, Aging treatment for HT250 according to standard GB/T9439-2010
鑄件表面不得有裂紋、砂眼、氣孔、縮松等鑄造缺陷以及毛刺、澆帽口和氧化皮等工藝缺陷，不得有影響鑄件使用性能的冷隔、加渣、穿透性氣孔等缺陷；
Following defects are not acceptable :casting defects such as crack,sand hole,air blister,shrinkage,etc;technology defects such as burr,casting head,scale,etc;defects which affect the normal use such as cold shut,production of dross,penetrating pore,etc.
平板的制造分鑄造、粗加工、精加工三大階段，整個(gè)過(guò)程進(jìn)行兩次回火處理，第一次在鑄件毛坯形成后，第二次在粗加工完畢后。鑄造后進(jìn)行充分時(shí)效處理，消除內(nèi)應(yīng)力，技術(shù)斜度2°30′；
There are three steps which are casting,rough machining,finish machining for making clamping plate.Two times tempering should be done in the whole manufacturing process,the first time is after rough casting,the second time is after rough machining.Enough
aging treatment and relieving of internal stress should be done after casting,technical slope 2°30′.
鐵地板工作平面的平面度（單位，對(duì)角線）：≤0.25mm，工作平面的粗糙度為3.2μm，底部安裝空氣彈簧平面粗糙為＜6.3μm，T型槽的平行度公差≤0.3mm；
Flatness of working surface(unit,catercorner): ≤0.25mm
Roughness of working surface: 3.2μm
Roughness of surface for air spring installation: ＜6.3μm
T-slot parallelism tolerance: ＜6.3μm
除上述要求外，鑄件按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
JB/T7974-1999鑄造平板生產(chǎn)，國(guó)標(biāo)GB4986-85進(jìn)行鑒定；尺寸和公差按雙方的圖紙要求。如上述標(biāo)準(zhǔn)被替代按相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行，未注線性公差按
GB/T1804-2000按m級(jí)規(guī)定執(zhí)行；
In addition to above requirements,the casting manufacturing is according to standard JB/T7974-1999,authentication is according to national standard GB4986-85,dimension and tolerance is according to the requirements in the drawings.Refer the relevant standard if any of above standards is replaced, undeclared leaner tolerance is according to GB/T1804-2000,grade m.
平板非工作面涂防銹底漆，面漆為藍(lán)色，工作表面涂防銹油；
Plate non-working surface should be coated by rust inhibiting primer,finishing coat in blue,working surface should be coated by rust preventive oil.
平板安裝采用彈簧阻尼隔震系統(tǒng)；
The clamping plate is installed on air springs vibration isolation system.
鐵地板的整體結(jié)構(gòu)必須滿足設(shè)備250KN的靜態(tài)載荷和180kN的動(dòng)態(tài)載荷的要求。
