用途：
本機(jī)使用熱熔膠噴出，附著在材料表面。通過(guò)后道壓輥將兩層材料進(jìn)行壓合貼合，常見的貼合材料有珍珠棉、無(wú)紡布、玻纖布、編織布、襯布、羊羔絨、麂皮絨、皮革、海綿等貼合牢度有要求的一些材料。
特點(diǎn)：
1、采用溫度控制系統(tǒng)，確保噴膠頭和膠水溫度恒定，溫差小于±2℃，確保產(chǎn)品門幅穩(wěn)定；
2、采用較好加熱系統(tǒng)，加熱快，確保熱熔效果穩(wěn)定；
3、采用節(jié)能省電融膠箱，使溫度不易流失；
4、噴涂型號(hào)可選，確保材料表面噴膠均勻，可調(diào)節(jié)膠水噴出是形式（線狀、霧化）。
5、傳動(dòng)采用變頻同步控制系統(tǒng)，確保車速與噴膠同步，使噴膠量控制均勻、穩(wěn)定
