（1）波形梁護欄板、立柱、防阻塊、橫隔梁、端頭、螺栓、螺母等構件應合適《高速公路波形梁鋼護欄》（JT/T281—1995）及《公路三波形梁鋼護欄》（JT/T457—2001）產物尺度的劃定。出產廠方在供給產物時，應同時提交產物質量及格證書。(1)wavebbeamplate,averticalcolumn,anantiblock,crossbeamandanend,bolts,nutsandothercomponentsseparatedshouldconbtotherequirementsofthehighwayguardrail"(JT/T281-1995)andtheroadthreewavebeamsteelguardrail"(JT/T457--2001)standardproductsof.Themanufacturersinprovidingproducts,productqualitycertificateshouldbebtedatthesametime.（2）波形梁板、立柱、防阻塊、端頭、托架等部件應合適《碳素布局鋼》（GB/T700—1988）的Q235商標鋼的要求。
(2)wavebeamplate,column,block,end,bracketandotherpartsshouldbeinaccordancewiththe"carbonstructuralsteel"(GB/T700-1988)oftheQ235gradesofsteelrequirements.（3）毗連螺栓、螺母、墊圈、橫梁墊片等部件應合適《碳素布局鋼》（GB/T700—1988）的要求，其抗拉強度不得小于375MPa和400MPa（別離合用于JT/T281—1995和JT/T457—2001）。(3)connectingbolts,nuts,washers,beamgasketcomponentsshouldcomplywiththe"carbonstructuralsteel"(GB/T700-1988)requirements,thetensilestrengthshallnotbelessthan375MPaand400MPa(wereappliedtoJT/T281-1995andJT/T457,2001).（4）高強度拼接螺栓毗連副應合適《低合金高強度布局鋼》（GB/T1591-1994）、《優(yōu)質碳素布局鋼》（GB/T699-1999）或《合金布局鋼》（GB/T3077-1999）的要求。
公稱直徑16mm、8.8S級抗拉荷載不得小于133kN。(4)highstrengthboltedspliceconnectiondeputyshallcomplywiththerequirementsofthelowalloyhighstrengthstructuralsteel"GB/T1591-1994,thehighqualitycarbonstructuralsteel"GB/T699-1999orthealloystructuresteel,GB/T3077-1999,nominaldiameterof16mm,8.8stensileloadshallnotbelessthan133kN.（5）為包管產物質量。

螺栓毗連副扭矩應附有扭矩系數的平均值、尺度誤差的試驗數據和扭矩系數測試時的情況溫度等手藝資料。(8)eachbatchofhighstrengthboltsshouldhavethefactorycertificate,theboltconnectionvicetorqueshouldbeaccompaniedbythetorquecoefficientoftheaveragbue,standarddeviationofthetestdataandtorquecoefficienttestenvironmenttemperatureandothertechnicalinbation.（9）波形梁護欄、勾當式鋼護欄及螺栓、螺母、墊圈、墊片等所有部件均應按《高速公路交通工程鋼構件防腐手藝前提》（GB/T）的劃定采用熱浸鍍鋅（鋁）進行金屬概況處置；
熱浸鍍鋅應采用《鋅錠》（GB/T470—1997）中所劃定的特一號鋅錠或一號鋅錠，鍍鋅構件鋅層質量應合適表602-1的劃定。熱浸鍍鋁應采用《重熔用鋁錠》（GB/T1196-1993）中所劃定的特一級、特二級、一級鋁錠，鍍鋁構件鋁層質量應合適表602-2的劃定。(9)W-beamguardrail,activitytypesteelguardrailandbolts,nuts,washers,gaskets,etc.allthepartsshallbeinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthehighwaytrafficengineeringsteelstructureanticorrosiontechnicalconditions"GB/Tbyhotdipgalvanized(AL)blsurfacetreatment;hotdipgalvanizingshouldadoptthe"zinc"(GB/T470-1997stipulatedthespecialNo.azincingotsor1zincingots,componentgalvanizedzinclayerqualityshallconbtospecifiedintable602-1.Hotdipaluminumshouldadopttheremeltingwithaluminumingot"(GB/T1196-1993)requiredaspecial,specialsecondaryandprimaryaluminumingot,aluminumaluminumcomponentlayerqualityshallconbtotherequirementsintable602-2.高強度螺栓進行熱浸鍍鋅處置后。
對高強度螺栓毗連件概況要涂黃油，并進行磷化潤滑處置，在出廠時應密封包裝，以防運輸、保留時代生銹或弄臟。Hotdipgalvanizedhighstrengthbolts,ofhighstrengthboltconnectionsurfaceshouldbecoatedwithbutter,andphosphatizinglubrication,inthefactoryshouldbesealedpackaging,topreventtransportation,preservationperiodofrustordirty.（10）鍍鋅構件的鋅層應平均，試樣經溶液浸蝕5次不變紅，并合適《高速公路波形梁鋼護欄》（JT/T281-1995）附錄B的劃定；
