繼電器動(dòng)作,觸點(diǎn)閉合或斷開(kāi),控制電路通斷。晶體管型電壓繼電器由電壓形成回路、整流濾波回路、比較回路、執(zhí)行回路和輸出回路組成。感應(yīng)型過(guò)流繼電器具有感應(yīng)機(jī)構(gòu)和電磁機(jī)構(gòu)。感應(yīng)機(jī)構(gòu)如圖2,輸入電生的磁通分為ФjФj2兩部分。Φj1通過(guò)短路環(huán),在其中產(chǎn)生感應(yīng)電勢(shì)Ed和感應(yīng)電流Id,感應(yīng)電流Id又產(chǎn)生磁通Φdo此Φd與Φj1合成磁通Φ1;Φd與Φj2合成磁通Φ2,Φ1與Φ2的相位差為。ΦΦ2在鋁圓盤(pán)中產(chǎn)生渦流,磁通與各自產(chǎn)生的渦流相互作用,產(chǎn)生旋轉(zhuǎn)力矩。力矩的大小與電流的平方成比例。當(dāng)輸入電流達(dá)到動(dòng)作值時(shí),由專(zhuān)門(mén)機(jī)構(gòu)使繼電器啟動(dòng),鋁圓盤(pán)亦開(kāi)始轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),經(jīng)一定時(shí)間,動(dòng)觸點(diǎn)與靜觸點(diǎn)接通。觸點(diǎn)接通動(dòng)作時(shí)限與電流成反比。

使用方法編輯運(yùn)行前首先進(jìn)行儀表系數(shù)的設(shè)定,確定流量計(jì)接線無(wú)誤、接地良好后方可使用。定期對(duì)流量計(jì)管道進(jìn)行清洗、檢查和復(fù)校。設(shè)有潤(rùn)滑油或清洗液注入口的流量計(jì),應(yīng)按說(shuō)明書(shū)的要求定期注入潤(rùn)滑油或清洗液,以維護(hù)葉輪良好運(yùn)行。監(jiān)查顯示儀表狀況,評(píng)估顯示儀表讀數(shù),有異常要及時(shí)檢查。過(guò)濾器清潔,不能被雜質(zhì)堵塞,可以從其入口、出口處壓力表讀數(shù)差的增大來(lái)判斷出,出現(xiàn)堵塞及時(shí)排除,否則,會(huì)嚴(yán)重降低流量。為了保證流量計(jì)的度,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)配備在線校驗(yàn)設(shè)備,必須經(jīng)常對(duì)流量計(jì)校驗(yàn)。性能指標(biāo)編輯寬屏彩色無(wú)紙記錄儀多具有36路模擬量輸入通道、8路報(bào)警輸出通道、1路配電輸出,通道,2路485輸出,其他可定制。1個(gè)隔離型RS-485通訊接口和1個(gè)U盤(pán)接口。

它的工作原理是利用旋轉(zhuǎn)質(zhì)量的離心力與轉(zhuǎn)角度或比例的原理而形成的轉(zhuǎn)速表。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速表的軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí),離心器上重錘在慣性離心力的作用下離開(kāi)軸心,并通過(guò)傳動(dòng)裝置帶動(dòng)表針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。軸的轉(zhuǎn)速根據(jù)指針在慣性離心力和彈簧彈力平衡是的位置來(lái)確定[1]。磁性轉(zhuǎn)速儀磁性轉(zhuǎn)速儀[2]利用旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng),在金屬罩帽上產(chǎn)生旋轉(zhuǎn)力,利用旋轉(zhuǎn)力與游絲力的平衡來(lái)指示轉(zhuǎn)速。磁性轉(zhuǎn)速表,是成功利用磁力的一個(gè)典范,是利用磁力原理的機(jī)械式轉(zhuǎn)速儀;一般就地安裝,用軟軸可以短距離異地安裝。磁性轉(zhuǎn)速儀,因結(jié)構(gòu)較簡(jiǎn)單。異地安裝時(shí)軟軸易損壞。用途編輯轉(zhuǎn)速表一般設(shè)置在儀表板內(nèi),與車(chē)速里程表對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)速表轉(zhuǎn)速表(4張)稱(chēng)地放置在一起。轉(zhuǎn)速表是按照磁性原理工作的,它接收點(diǎn)火線圈中初級(jí)電流中斷時(shí)產(chǎn)生的脈沖信號(hào)。

電抗器安裝在變頻器側(cè)面或測(cè)上方比較好。這時(shí)可以用估算:變頻器容量(KW)×60[W]因?yàn)楦髯冾l器廠家的硬件都差不多,所以上式可以針對(duì)各品牌的產(chǎn)品.注意:如果有制動(dòng)電阻的話,因?yàn)橹苿?dòng)電阻的散熱量很大,因此安裝位置和變頻器隔離開(kāi),如裝在柜子上面或旁邊等。那么,怎樣才能降低控制柜內(nèi)的發(fā)熱量呢?當(dāng)變頻器安裝在控制機(jī)柜中時(shí),要考慮變頻器發(fā)熱值的問(wèn)題。根據(jù)機(jī)柜內(nèi)產(chǎn)生熱量值的增加,要適當(dāng)?shù)卦黾訖C(jī)柜的尺寸。因此,要使控制機(jī)柜的尺寸盡量減小,就必須要使機(jī)柜中產(chǎn)生的熱量值盡可能地減少。如果在變頻器安裝時(shí),把變頻器的散熱器部分放到控制機(jī)柜的外面,將會(huì)使變頻器有70%的發(fā)熱量釋放到控制機(jī)柜的外面。由于大容量變頻器有很大的發(fā)熱量。

這些機(jī)械設(shè)備的電機(jī)的額定功率通常都較大,如消防泵的額定功率通常都在55kW-150kW之間。這些設(shè)備在起動(dòng)過(guò)程中,將產(chǎn)生較大的起動(dòng)電流,造成較大的電壓降。因此恰當(dāng)?shù)剡x擇起動(dòng)方式具有減少供電容量和保證建筑物供電可靠性等重要意義。正因?yàn)槿绱?,軟啟?dòng)器在民用建筑領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用中將具有廣闊前景。民用建筑中水泵等動(dòng)力設(shè)備的啟動(dòng)方式的比較眾所周知,鼠籠式異步電機(jī)采用全壓起動(dòng)時(shí)起動(dòng)電流大,起動(dòng)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)的。軟啟動(dòng)器(圖18)軟啟動(dòng)器(圖18)當(dāng)電機(jī)的功率較大時(shí),起動(dòng)電流很大(起動(dòng)電流為額定電流的5—8倍)。很大的起動(dòng)電流將引起配電系統(tǒng)的電壓降,影響接在同一臺(tái)變壓器或同一條供電線路上的其它電氣設(shè)備的正常工作,甚至使柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組熄火停機(jī)。
