SIDOOR automatic door control systems Door control system is the general term for a controller of an access system. The SIDOOR product family is primarily intended for the operation of sliding doors, whereby these doors can be operated both horizontally and vertically. Door control systems are characterized by the fact that there are always two defined states for the open and closed POSTTTION of the door. The door is always controlled, regulated and moved between these two POSTTTIONs in accordance with the guidelines of the respective application. In a defined learn run via "single-button operation", the door system independently determines the values for the door b, the dynamic door weight and the drive direction of the geared motor and stores these data in a non-volatile memory. The optimum drive characteristics at the door are automatically calculated and are consistently adhered to. The travel curve transitions are rounded off so that the door movement is smooth and jerk-free.

The elevator door drive is comprised of a controller and the maintenance-free drive unit, geared motor or gearless EC technology direct drive motor.
Controllers are electronic controllers connected to the power supply either via an internal power supply unit (SIDOOR AT12) or via an external power supply unit (SIDOOR NT40 or SIDOOR Transber). They are generally connected to the higher-level controller via digital or fieldbus interfaces, and can be configured via a user interface.
The SIDOOR AT12, SIDOOR AT40 and SIDOOR ATE500E controllers can be used to operate horizontally operated cabin and shaft doors at adjustable speeds and accelerations.
The SIDOOR ATD400V controller for rising doors and rolling shutters enables the operation of vertical door systems on elevators at adjustable speeds and accelerations.
Geared motors b the maintenance-free drive unit in the door drive. The geared motors feature DC motors with non-self-locking gearing, and are speed-controlled. The set force and speed limits are not exceeded. The gearless motor (direct drive) is the maintenance-free drive unit of the door drive.
Operation of the named door drives does not require limit switches. The door b and the "OPEN"/"CLOSE" POSTTTIONs are determined automatically.
The power is transmitted by a toothed belt. The toothed belt passes over a deflector pulley and can be fitted with 2 door clutch holders. This enables it to drive both one-sided and centrally-opening doors. The accessories are not included in the scope of supply, see "Additional units".
The product-specific property of the elevator door controllers is based on the fact that the closing weights/closing springs integrated in the shaft doors are also taken into account.
These weights/springs are integrated in the shaft doors so that open doors close automatically if the cabin is not at the relevant floor.
They must also be moved by the elevator door drive in their opening direction and support it their closing movement.

數(shù)控系統(tǒng)改造中用西門(mén)子S7-300和S7-ET200B改造原S5-PLC
一重大連加氫反應(yīng)器制造公司采用SIEMENS840D數(shù)控系統(tǒng)改造了一臺(tái)數(shù)控龍門(mén)加工中心,改造后該機(jī)床不僅全部恢復(fù)了原設(shè)計(jì)要求,而且機(jī)床工作效率大大提高,充分體現(xiàn)了SIEMENS840D數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的高科技、高穩(wěn)定性。
該數(shù)控龍門(mén)加工中心由德國(guó)WALDRICHCOBURG公司于1983年生產(chǎn)制造,機(jī)床為雙龍門(mén)且可以單獨(dú)控制操作,型號(hào)為20-10-600CNC。原機(jī)床共有X1軸、XA1軸(雙龍門(mén)同步移動(dòng))、Y軸(滑板)、Z軸(滑枕)、W1軸、WA1軸(橫梁同步移動(dòng))、S軸(主軸)、C軸(旋轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái))、A 軸(附件軸)9個(gè)軸,配有12個(gè)附件頭。原控制系統(tǒng)采用SIEMENS8MC數(shù)控控制系統(tǒng),X軸使用旋轉(zhuǎn)變壓器做位置檢測(cè)并配以機(jī)械同步傳動(dòng)杠來(lái)保證立柱移動(dòng)的同步要求。其他控制軸采用感應(yīng)同步器做位置檢測(cè)元件,橫梁移動(dòng)采用直流電動(dòng)機(jī)串聯(lián)運(yùn)行并配以機(jī)械同步傳動(dòng)杠來(lái)保持傳動(dòng)的同步,并在一側(cè)設(shè)有交流微調(diào)電動(dòng)機(jī)作為調(diào)整之用。機(jī)床傳動(dòng)全部采用模擬直流伺服系統(tǒng)控制。
機(jī)床技術(shù)規(guī)格和參數(shù):
X軸行程:0--27000mm,速度:5--10000mm/min;
Y軸行程:0--8000mm,速度:5--6000mm/min;
Z軸行程:0--1000mm,速度:5--3000mm/min;
W軸行程:0--3900mm,速度:5-2000mm/min;
主軸具有定向功能,2個(gè)檔位,一檔轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)為6~275r/min;二檔轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)為17~750r/min。
數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的改造
選用西門(mén)子840D數(shù)控系統(tǒng)改造原數(shù)控龍門(mén)銑床的SINUMERIK8MC數(shù)控系統(tǒng)。新系統(tǒng)包括“10.4"彩色TFT(OP031)顯示器、 MMC103帶硬盤(pán)。MMC軟件版本為5.3版本,WINOOWS95操作系統(tǒng),“3.5"軟驅(qū),R232標(biāo)準(zhǔn)通訊口。NCU為572.3系統(tǒng),軟件版本為840D的5.3版本。PLC采用S7-300輸入/輸出模塊,同時(shí)利用840數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的PROFIBUS接口加裝13個(gè)S7-ET200BPLC模塊 (其中兩塊模擬輸出模塊),建立4個(gè)遠(yuǎn)程控制分站。該接口數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速度為1.5Mbaudrate,遠(yuǎn)高于X122接口187.5Kbaudrate的傳輸速度,提高了數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速度。各分站之間采用西門(mén)子專用通訊電纜,與CPU進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通訊,這樣即節(jié)省控制電纜使用數(shù)量,也降低了電氣故障率。該機(jī)床還具有龍門(mén)軸功能及主-從功能(主要解決X1、XA1,W1、WA1同步運(yùn)行)以及五軸聯(lián)動(dòng)功能,中文顯示,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的固定循環(huán),具有840D標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的系統(tǒng)功能。
驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)及電動(dòng)機(jī)的配置
選用了西門(mén)子611D數(shù)字伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)及1FT6系列交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)改造X1軸,XA1軸,Y軸,Z軸,W1軸,WA1軸,S軸,選用西門(mén)子611D數(shù)字模塊進(jìn)行控制。
PLC部分
選用西門(mén)子S7-300和S7-ET200B改造原S5-PLC。采用SIEMENS840D標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)床控制面板及用戶操作面板實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)床的一些輔助動(dòng)作和功能。
機(jī)床標(biāo)準(zhǔn)功能設(shè)置
首先通過(guò)根據(jù)原機(jī)床標(biāo)準(zhǔn)功能,自行設(shè)計(jì)電氣原理圖,并組織現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝調(diào)試進(jìn)行PLC、NC聯(lián)機(jī)調(diào)試。
通過(guò)選用HEIDENHAIN直線光柵尺(LB382C)更換原Y軸、Z軸、W1軸、WA1軸測(cè)量系統(tǒng)。用HEIDENHAIN的增量編碼器 (ROD485)更換原X軸位置編碼器,主軸定向編碼器。X軸同步功能利用2臺(tái)增量編碼器(ROD485)。利用840D的龍門(mén)軸功能實(shí)現(xiàn)X1軸、XA1 軸兩臺(tái)電動(dòng)機(jī)的同步運(yùn)行。W軸同步功能利用LB382C直線光柵尺(左右各安裝一根直線光柵尺)。利用840D的龍門(mén)軸功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)W1軸、WA1軸2臺(tái)電動(dòng)機(jī)的同步運(yùn)行,并在WA1側(cè)設(shè)有微調(diào)電動(dòng)機(jī)作為手動(dòng)橫梁水平調(diào)整之用。
主軸根據(jù)滑枕上安裝的接近開(kāi)關(guān)與附件銑頭上安裝的接近開(kāi)關(guān)組合不同,通過(guò)PLC程序編制,可進(jìn)行自動(dòng)、手動(dòng)安裝附件銑頭以及不同附件銑頭不同功率限制,用以保護(hù)附件銑頭不超功率進(jìn)行工件切削。
機(jī)床數(shù)據(jù)配置
對(duì)于一臺(tái)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的數(shù)控龍門(mén)加工中心,根據(jù)機(jī)床實(shí)際工作需要作了以下機(jī)床數(shù)據(jù)配置。
X1,XA1,Y,Z,W1,WA1,S軸的NC參數(shù)配置;
X1,XA1,Y,Z,W1,WA1,S軸的驅(qū)動(dòng)參數(shù)配置;
X1,XA1,Y,Z,W1,WA1,S軸的驅(qū)動(dòng)優(yōu)化;
X1,XA1,Y,Z,W1,WA1軸的螺距補(bǔ)償。

PLC控制程序的設(shè)計(jì)及聯(lián)機(jī)調(diào)試
除了設(shè)計(jì)該機(jī)床正常工作所需各種功能的PLC程序外,針對(duì)于該數(shù)控龍門(mén)加工中心特殊功能,也作了以下PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試。
利用兩臺(tái)增量編碼器,X軸龍門(mén)軸同步功能的PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試。利用兩根LB382C直線光柵尺,W軸龍門(mén)軸同步功能的PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試。W軸橫梁自動(dòng)、手動(dòng)調(diào)平PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試。主軸及附件銑頭的功率限制的PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試。

根據(jù)滑枕上安裝的接近開(kāi)關(guān)與附件銑頭上安裝的接近開(kāi)關(guān)組合不同,各種附件銑頭的自動(dòng)識(shí)別及裝卸的PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試;刀具輔助銑頭裝卸故障時(shí)的手動(dòng)緊急處理的PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試;橫梁前傾后傾的(掃刀裝置)PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試;對(duì)各個(gè)座標(biāo)軸限位的PLC程序,各個(gè)坐標(biāo)軸Reference程序設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試;根據(jù)機(jī)床要求的用戶報(bào)警信息及操作信息的PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試。
數(shù)控機(jī)床故障報(bào)警對(duì)機(jī)床操作者及維修技術(shù)人員,在操作和維修起很大作用,因此該機(jī)床故障報(bào)警劃分級(jí)別設(shè)計(jì)為:機(jī)床緊急停止、相應(yīng)及相關(guān)動(dòng)作停止、報(bào)警提示延時(shí)后停止相應(yīng)動(dòng)作、報(bào)警提示。機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)為自動(dòng)檢測(cè)主軸附件使用功率,在達(dá)到最大設(shè)定負(fù)荷時(shí)產(chǎn)生報(bào)警信息,超過(guò)最大設(shè)定負(fù)荷時(shí)停止相應(yīng)進(jìn)給動(dòng)作。使用簡(jiǎn)單的中文語(yǔ)言對(duì)報(bào)警進(jìn)行描述,并提供相關(guān)的故障診斷信息。為保護(hù)機(jī)床,報(bào)警后相應(yīng)故障、診斷信息不經(jīng)手動(dòng)清除不得自動(dòng)消除。上述信息在CNC顯示器上進(jìn)行中文顯示設(shè)定。
床安全保護(hù)、操作互鎖的PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試。包括主軸換檔的PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試;各個(gè)用戶操作站手動(dòng)功能的PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試,數(shù)控系統(tǒng)面板及擴(kuò)展機(jī)床面板調(diào)試;其他輔助功能的PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)及調(diào)試。
通過(guò)配置SIEMENS840D數(shù)控系統(tǒng),西門(mén)子611D數(shù)字伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)及1FT6系列交流伺服電動(dòng)機(jī)和選用西門(mén)子611D數(shù)字模塊、S7-300數(shù)字量輸入輸出模塊、ET200B模塊等硬件。利用西門(mén)子專用TOOLBOX軟件,進(jìn)行PLC程序設(shè)計(jì)以及840D數(shù)控系統(tǒng)NC機(jī)床數(shù)據(jù)正確配置,一次調(diào)試成功,達(dá)到了原機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)功能,在很短時(shí)間內(nèi)試車(chē)成功,投入生產(chǎn)使用。同時(shí),也使我們了解了SIEMENS840D數(shù)控系統(tǒng)優(yōu)越性能,積累了數(shù)控機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)和調(diào)試的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
